Role Overview

We're looking for a Creative Content Designer & Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling, reels/shorts editing, and designing clean, modern visuals. Your work will directly shape how parents and students see Upstep online from ads to UGC, from webinars to fun concepts like Online Q&A shows (Kids Edition).

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Content to form Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook videos

- Create UGC-style ads using parent/student content

- Edit testimonials, class snippets, tournaments, bootcamps & webinars

- Add captions, transitions, emojis, motion graphics

- Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, ad creatives

- Support brand design requirements

- Propose reel ideas, hooks, formats, and concepts

- Maintain fast turnaround and content library

Who We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

- Expertise in video editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve)

- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels editing style

- Good understanding of pacing, hooks, subtitles, motion graphics

- Experience designing for Instagram/FB (Canva + Photoshop)

- Strong storytelling sense

Ability to integrate AI into daily workflow from brainstorming reels & hooks to generating concepts, improving scripts, optimizing subtitles, and preparing design references.

Good-To-Have:

- Experience creating UGC ads

- Worked with kids/education content

- Basic animation skills

- Understanding of parentchild marketing psychology

- Understanding of Chess
