Job Overview:

We are seeking an innovative & skilled Creative Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging video content tailored for various social media platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and driving audience engagement through compelling storytelling and innovative video production techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Face of the Video: As the face of our content, you'll embody our brand and connect personally with our audience. Deliver scripts authentically and enthusiastically, infusing your creativity and style.

2. Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

3. Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute video concepts that align with our brand strategy and target audience.

4. Scriptwriting: Write clear, engaging scripts or outlines for videos, ensuring messages are conveyed effectively.

5. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and audience preferences to create relevant and timely content.

6. Post-Production: Basic video editing, including cut- trim, audio mixing, and adding graphics or effects if needed.

7. Performance Tracking: Monitor video performance metrics and analyse viewer engagement to refine future content strategies.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with other creatives, such as graphic designers and social media managers, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

9. Technical Understanding (Preferred): Having basic knowledge of coding, robotics, electronics, or STEM education will be an added advantage, especially for creating technical or educational content related to robotics and AI products.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a marketing or creative role.

3. Strong writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.

4. Proficiency in video editing tools.

5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
