Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in account management or strategic planning within a media or creative agency.
- Experience in working with global clients.
- Experience pitching to and influencing stakeholders locally and with large partners.
- Understanding of the creative production process and creative ideation stages.
- Understanding of budgets, with the ability to drive impacts on effectiveness and business.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and unlock new media opportunities across a portfolio of LCS clients. Accountable for working with the team leads in driving growth by demonstrating how creative interventions can optimize media spend and drive product or format adoption.
- Independently drive development and delivery of creative pitches.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with both brand marketing teams, creative and media agency partners.
- Work hand-in-hand as a dedicated creative business partner to internal pods, AI Team, Marketing Team and with ARMs. You will provide the creative edge they need to produce high-performing work.
- Ensure all creative initiatives are strictly aligned with organizational objectives, focus on the products and services that move the needle for the long-term growth targets.
