What You'll Do
- Lead the Creative Process: Own the branding and visual identity development for multiple clients, ensuring strategic and aesthetic excellence.
- Project & Team Management: Oversee branding projects from concept to execution, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling brand experiences.
- Design Oversight: Guide and refine brand identity, packaging, digital assets, and marketing materials with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Strategic Thinking: Align branding initiatives with business objectives, ensuring impactful storytelling and market differentiation.
- Process & Innovation: Continuously optimize workflows, introduce fresh ideas, and push creative boundaries in branding.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in branding, design, and creative direction.
- Strong leadership and project management skills to handle multiple branding initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent design sensibility with an eye for detail, typography, and composition.
- Experience in team collaboration, client presentations, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work on time.
