Role Description
We're looking for a Creative Brand Strategist who understands sports, culture, fandom, and storytelling. This role will be responsible for shaping the brand narrative, campaign direction, content strategy, and fan engagement initiatives for our sports properties and franchises.
The ideal candidate can connect business objectives with creative thinking, turning insights into impactful campaigns that build communities and drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategy for sports teams, leagues, and tournaments.
- Create campaign concepts, content pillars, and seasonal communication plans.
- Build fan engagement strategies across digital, social, on-ground, and community platforms.
- Work closely with creative, design, content, and production teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Analyze audience behavior, sports trends, and cultural insights to identify opportunities.
- Develop sponsorship integration ideas and branded content opportunities.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, positioning, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Present strategic recommendations to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Creative Strategy, Marketing, or Sports Marketing.
- Strong understanding of sports culture, fan behavior, and digital ecosystems.
- Experience working on campaigns, content strategy, or brand building initiatives.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable creative directions.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, media, or agency environments is preferred.
