Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Associate, based in Chennai. In this role, the Creative Associate will design and execute innovative branding and graphic design projects for campaigns and marketing materials. The role also involves creating captivating visual content, collaborating with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative strategies, and ensuring the company's messaging aligns with the brand identity. The Creative Associate will contribute ideas for campaigns and help with creative storytelling to engage audiences effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively present creative ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Demonstrated Creativity Skills to develop original concepts and innovative designs that align with the company's vision.
• Understanding of Branding to create designs and strategies that enhance the company's identity and engagement with target audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mental health-related industries or a similar creative field is a plus.
