We are looking for a Creative Associate (Growth) to support our performance marketing efforts. This role sits within the Growth Content team and works closely with the marketing team to build, iterate, and scale creatives across formats including text, images, and videos. While you will be exposed to experimentation and strategy, your primary focus will be executing and scaling what works.
If you are creatively inclined but also curious about how performance marketing works, this role offers a strong foundation in performance-driven creativity.
What You'll Do
- Create and adapt text, image, and video creatives for paid campaigns
- Scale winning creative formats across audiences, geographies, and variants
- Work closely with the growth team to implement creative iterations based on performance data
- Track and understand performance metrics such as CAC, CPI, CPLV, and CTR, etc.
- Analyze basic campaign data and suggest iterations to improve results
What We're Looking For:
- Strong copywriting skill, creative mindset, and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts (CAC, CPI, CPLV, CTR, etc.)
- Ability to execute quickly and manage multiple creative variations
- Data-curious mindset comfortable looking at numbers and learning from them
- Comfortable speaking and interacting in English, as you will be working closely with a multilingual team across functions
Good to Have
- Experience working on paid ads creatives
- Exposure to consumer internet / storytelling platforms / content apps
- Basic video scripting or short-form content experience
- Understanding of hooks and performance-driven storytelling
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager (campaign/ad set/ad structure understanding) is a plus
