Creative Associate

The Creative Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will collaborate with team members to develop and execute creative concepts across various mediums. Your day-to-day activities will include designing graphics, contributing to branding projects, brainstorming creatively, and ensuring cohesive visual storytelling across campaigns. Additionally, this role will involve clear communication with internal teams and clients to translate ideas into impactful designs.

• Strong Graphic Design skills, including a working knowledge of design tools and software
• Creativity and critical thinking skills to generate innovative concepts and execute them effectively
• Experience in Branding and the ability to develop a consistent brand identity
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and articulate ideas clearly
• Flexibility to adapt to project requirements and a detail-oriented approach
• A background in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant fields is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
