About the Role

We are looking for a highly imaginative Creative & Art Director who can translate business goals into powerful visual narratives. This role requires someone who blends strategic thinking with bold creativitysomeone who can conceptualize, design, lead, inspire, and ensure every piece of creative output meets premium standards.

At Contenporary Marketing, you will work closely with IT brands, CXO-focused event IPs, digital marketing campaigns, and high-value experiential projects. If you love turning abstract ideas into stunning visuals and leading a creative team to produce award-worthy work, we want you.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Ideation
  • Lead the visual and creative direction for brand campaigns, event IPs, digital communication, and integrated marketing projects.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling concepts, pitches, and design directions.
  • Develop big ideas for presentations, brand identities, storytelling, and experiential marketing.
Design & Art Direction
  • Oversee end-to-end design execution: branding, layouts, typography, video storyboards, stage designs, event collaterals, digital content, and campaign assets.
  • Ensure a strong aesthetic, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables.
  • Direct photoshoots, video shoots, and production vendors when required.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Review, refine, and approve all creative output before it reaches the client.
  • Set high-quality standards and drive a culture of creativity, innovation, and ownership.
Client Collaboration
  • Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients confidently.
  • Understand client objectives, suggest creative solutions, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with account managers, strategy teams, and production teams.
Project Ownership
  • Oversee timelines, resource allocation, and project delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ensure the creative team delivers within scope, quality, and brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Expertise
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, event creatives, and integrated design work.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/ Premiere is a bonus) or/and Coral Draw
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to convert strategic briefs into clear creative directions.
  • Sharp attention to detail with a sense of premium-brand aesthetics.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to handle cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
Preferred Background
  • Experience in creative agencies, event agencies, digital agencies, design studios, or in-house brand teams.
  • Experience with corporate events, experiential design, and B2B campaigns is beneficial.
