About Us:

Droppd is a new, cricket-first apparel brand for the fans who understand the tactical nuance and raw energy of the game. We are building the new uniform of cricket culture—unapologetic, premium streetwear designed for the die-hards.

The Role:

We are looking for a versatile Apparel Designer who excels at both custom illustration and technical graphic design. You will be responsible for taking concepts from a rough idea all the way to a production-ready tech pack. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to balance high-art illustrations with clean, modern branding.

What You'll Do:

• Create original, hand-drawn or digital illustrations for t-shirt graphics.

• Design brand-cohesive typography and layouts for apparel.

• Design custom trims, neck labels, and packaging assets.

• Prepare print-ready vector files (AI, EPS) with proper color separations.

• Build complete Tech Packs (specifying print dimensions, placements, and Pantone codes for manufacturers).

Requirements & Bonuses:

• A strong portfolio showcasing apparel/merchandise design.

• Mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Experience with different print methods (Screen Printing, DTG, Puff Print, etc.).
