At the same time , the person should be able to come up with creative brieffs that our design team can execute on. Looking for someone who can set up the entire end to end UGC process. If proper fit, the person can be given equity in the company. This will include setting up
-AI workflow to autogenerate scripts
-Templates to ensure creators create videos with best practices
-Creating an exhaustive list of creators
-Working with internal team to outreach to creators and have them onboarded for ease of communication
-writing scripts and hooks that convert
-Creating frame works for scripts and hooks with high CTR and conversions
-Testing scripts and content and creating frameworks for testing and improving internal processes
-Reviewing design work for performance ads
-Will be asked from time to time to create designs through photoshop,illustrator, nanobanana
-Create AI workflows that auto create Design, video and UGC
Creative Strategist & UGC Strategist (Performance Marketing)
Role Overview
You are responsible for driving revenue through creatives. We are focussed on conversions
You will own:
Ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
UGC strategy (creator sourcing → scripting → output → iteration)
Creative testing roadmap tied to performance metrics
If you can't tie creative decisions to CAC, CTR, CVR, you're not a fit.
Core Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy (Performance First)
Build weekly creative testing plans (hooks, angles, formats)
Identify winning patterns from data (not opinions)
Translate performance data into new creative directions
Work closely with media buyers to scale winning ads
Output expectation:
→ 10–30 new ad concepts per week
→ Clear hypothesis behind each concept
2. UGC Strategy & Execution
Source, vet, and manage UGC creators (India + global if needed)
Write high-converting scripts (hooks, storytelling, CTA)
Brief creators clearly (no ambiguity, no fluff)
Ensure fast turnaround and content volume
Output expectation:
→ 15–50 UGC videos/month depending on scale
→ Consistent improvement in hook rate & hold rate
3. Scriptwriting & Hook Development
Write scroll-stopping hooks (first 3 seconds = everything)
Develop multiple variations of the same idea (don't rely on 1 angle)
Understand platform-native formats (TikTok ≠ Meta ≠ YouTube)
4. Creative Analytics & Iteration
Track:
Hook rate
Hold rate
CTR
CPA / ROAS
Kill losers fast, double down on winners
Build a creative insight library (what works, what doesn't, why)
Work with the deisgners to ensure that the design work is of high quality
5. Competitor & Trend Intelligence
Continuously monitor competitors ads
Identify trends early (hooks, formats, messaging)
Reverse-engineer winning creatives in your niche
Key Skills Required
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
Proven ability to write high-converting ad scripts
Experience managing UGC creators at scale
Deep understanding of Meta Ads & TikTok Ads ecosystem
Ability to think in angles, hooks, and iterations—not campaigns
