Creative and UGC Lead(CoFounder/Partner Role)

We're Hiring: Creative & UGC Lead — Co-Founder / Partner

We're looking for someone who can build, own and scale our Creative + UGC vertical — not just make things look good and call it a day.

This is a Co-Founder / Partner-level opportunity, so we're looking for someone who enjoys ownership, building things from scratch, working with clients and figuring things out without needing a 12-step approval process.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Video Editing
• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design
• 3+ years of experience in UGC
• Agency experience is mandatory
• Experience working with D2C brands is mandatory
• Strong experience writing UGC scripts and developing concepts
• Experience building UGC workflows, processes and templates
• Understanding of performance-driven creative
• Comfortable working directly with clients and leading creative projects

Compensation: Up to 12 LPA + Incentives
