Bollywood doesn't wait. Shows are conceived, shot, and released in relentless succession. This is a full immersion into the craft of making content, not a desk job. If you're someone who stays late because you need to see it through, keep reading.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

→ Build a casting bank, communicate with actors, brief them on characters and scripts

→ Location scouting, costume selection, team formation and scheduling

→ Script reading, feedback and corrections with the director

→ On-set production coordination, approving looks, costumes, art direction

→ Keep shoots running without interruption

→ Coordinate with post-production to deliver the director's vision

→ Manage file uploads, drives, and compile end-of-project reports

→ Be the communication bridge across teams, keeping things clear and smooth

WHO YOU ARE

✔ Graduate with strong command over Hindi and English

✔ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, comfortable with tech

✔ Deeply aware of recent Indian content, Bollywood, regional cinema, OTT

✔ Instinctively classy in aesthetic sensibility, sharp eye for quality

✔ Calm and soft-spoken, but decisive and commanding when needed

✔ Honest with feedback, not someone who says yes to everything

✔ A true team player who can also hold the line

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY

Shoots run 12, 14, even 16 hours. There are nights at the office to finish edits. There are projects where the entire team works for days to hit a deadline at the highest quality. This is the reality of the industry, and it's where the real learning happens. We're looking for someone who embraces the process, not just the outcome.
