Creative and Client Brand Lead

Are you the person who mentally rewrites bad Instagram captions when you see themWe should probably talk.

We are growing the team at Big BangStory. We handle the creative output for brands like Reliance, Yakult, Bikano and more. Now we need a Creative and Client Brand Lead to help run the show.

This role is half creative powerhouse and half project manager. We need someone who has excellent taste in design but also knows how to keep a production line moving smoothly.

What you will actually be doing:

The Creative Work

You will own the content calendars for a diverse mix of clients. You will write videohooks and captions that actually grab attention. We also expect you to consistently bring fresh, out of the box campaign ideas to the table to keep things spicy.

The Quality Control

You are the final boss for all visual output. You will maintain the Brand Bible for every client. If a design looks cheap or off brand, you catch it and fix it with the designers before the client ever sees it.

The Project Flow

We hate last minute panic. Your job is to ensure every piece of content is ready for review well before the posting date. You will coordinate with the team to make sure raw files are ready and everything gets scheduled smoothly without the chaos.

The Client Side

You will be the main point of contact for our clients. You will manage their feedback, run the approval process, and build solid relationships with them.
