Why this role exists

Cuemath is building its brand in the US, and we are building it with real ambition. We want every place a family meets Cuemath to feel like one company, and to feel genuinely exceptional. We are looking for the person who owns and amplifies that experience: who takes the brand we are building and makes it land in the real world, better than anyone expects.

This is a build-from-scratch mandate. You bring the taste, the craft, and the experiential instinct to make the Cuemath brand something

families feel and remember.

What you will own

  • The experience, especially in the real world. This is the heart of the role, and the canvas is wide: events, working with communities, hyperlocal marketing, and out-of-home (OOH) and on-the-ground presence wherever families live their lives. You own it end to end: the idea, the design of the entire flow, what happens in the room, what people feel and say, and the execution. You will have a logistics and execution lead working to you, because a great experience needs both the vision and the flawless running of it.
  • The creative. You bring creative direction and taste to the work: the films, the key visuals, and the experiences themselves. Early, with a lean team, you make the hero work yourself; as we grow, you direct in-house designers and outside partners and hold the bar on every piece. Player first, coach as it scales.
  • Coherence. You make sure everything ties back to one message and one feeling. You plug Cuemath into every event and everything we make, so every cue and every touch is unmistakably us. You are the single sign-off on whether a piece is on-brand and good enough.

How the role works

You own the experience, the creative, and the events, end to end. You set the vision and you make or direct the work, and you own theexecution, with a logistics and execution lead working to you. Strategy without execution does not work, so you own both. You partner closely with senior leadership, who owns the wider brand, and you direct the agencies and partners who produce the work. Because the experience happens on the ground in the US, regular travel there is part of the role.

What we are looking for

  • Exceptional taste and craft. You make work that looks and feels genuinely world-class, and your eye is one we can trust completely. This is non-negotiable.
  • A gift for experiences in the real world, not just on a screen. You have created events, community experiences, or environments people remember and talk about, whether through on-the-ground activations, hyperlocal presence, or out-of-home (OOH). This is non negotiable.
  • Real range. Hands-on enough to make the hero work yourself today, and strong enough to direct designers, agencies, and film partners as the team grows.
  • A deep feel for the US audience. You understand how American families think, and what it takes to build a brand they trust and talk about.
  • Systems discipline to match the taste. You can make something beautiful and make it repeatable and coherent across everything we do.
  • Comfortable building from scratch, with ambiguity, working closely with a founder-operator. You want the whole canvas.
