Develop and refine AI prompts (for text, image, and video generation) to support editing, copy, and design automation.
Collaborate with editors, motion designers, and creative teams to translate creative briefs into effective AI-assisted workflows.
Create and maintain a prompt library tailored to post-production requirements (e.g., shot descriptions, scene transitions, visual treatments, localization scripts).
Test, evaluate, and document AI tool performance (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Pika, Synthesia, etc.).
Work with post-production and automation teams to integrate AI models into existing pipelines (e.g., metadata tagging, script generation, QC automation).
Stay updated on emerging AI tools and trends relevant to video and design production.
Train internal teams on how to effectively use prompts for creative and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
24 years of experience in post-production, creative technology, or AI-driven content creation.
Proficiency in prompt crafting for tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar.
Understanding of post-production workflows editing, motion graphics, VFX, sound design, and asset management.
Strong sense of creative language, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
Ability to bridge communication between creative and technical teams.
Passion for experimenting with emerging technologies in a production environment.
