We are looking for a Creative Account Manager (CAM) who will act as the central point of coordination between brands, internal stakeholders, and the Content Studio team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of creative projects across campaigns and BAU deliverables while maintaining high creative quality, delivery efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.
This is a full-time contractual, in-office role based out of Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management for creative campaigns and BAU work across multiple brands
- Act as the primary liaison between clients/brands, internal teams, and the content studio
- Manage timelines, briefs, approvals, feedback loops, and revisions
- Ensure clear communication of briefs and expectations to creative teams
- Oversee resource and bandwidth planning to ensure optimal utilization
- Track deliverables and ensure projects are delivered on time and as per brief
- Maintain quality control while balancing speed, scale, and creative excellence
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and resolve them efficiently
- Support smooth execution across multiple formats and platforms

- Influencer content
- Media creatives
- Social media content
- Product shoots
- Digital Video Commercials (DVCs)
- TV Commercials (TVCs)
- Website content
Required Skills & Experience
- 46 years of experience in creative project management / account management
- Experience working with creative studios, agencies, or brand marketing teams
- Strong understanding of creative workflows across digital, social, and video formats
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with a balance of speed and quality
