Designation: Creative Account Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and strategically aware Creative Account Manager to work closely with the Creative Head and team in managing content, brand communication, marketing coordination, and day-to-day creative execution.

This role requires a candidate with a strong marketing background who can combine content understanding, brand sense, follow-up discipline, team coordination, and quality control. The person will be responsible for ensuring that creative and communication deliverables move smoothly across teams, meet deadlines, and maintain the expected quality and brand standards.

The ideal candidate should be able to bridge strategy and execution, while acting as a strong internal coordinator across content, design, social media and marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Content, Copy & Communication

  • Support the Creative Head in planning and managing content across campaigns, social media, presentations, brochures, ads, scripts, website content, and institutional communication
  • Draft, review, and refine copy, captions, write-ups, and communication material
  • Ensure that all written communication aligns with brand tone, campaign direction, and audience relevance
  • Assist in turning raw ideas into structured communication outputs

Brand & Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with the Creative Head on marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and communication planning
  • Help translate creative and marketing ideas into actionable briefs and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed in line with the larger brand strategy
  • Contribute to social media and communication strategy from a marketing perspective

Quality Control

  • Review content, creatives, and communication materials before final submission or publishing
  • Ensure all outputs meet the required standards in terms of language, messaging, structure, presentation, and brand consistency
  • Flag gaps, inconsistencies, weak execution, or missed details before anything goes live
  • Maintain a high level of quality across day-to-day deliverables

Team Follow-up & Execution Management

  • Actively follow up with designers, writers, editors, social media executives, and other team members on ongoing tasks
  • Track progress of assignments and ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Keep workflows moving smoothly by coordinating between the Creative Head and internal teams
  • Ensure action points discussed in meetings are followed through properly
  • Bring structure, accountability, and clarity into the execution process

Creative Operations Support

  • Assist in scheduling, task allocation, internal communication, and overall creative workflow management
  • Help prioritize projects based on deadlines, importance, and campaign relevance
  • Maintain records of deliverables, revisions, approvals, and pending tasks where needed
  • Support the Creative Head in reducing execution gaps and improving team responsiveness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, Media, English, or a related field
  • Marketing background is mandatory
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in account management, brand communication, content strategy, creative coordination, or marketing communication roles
