Qualification: Diploma/B. Tech (Food Technology preferred)
Experience Required
5-10 Years (preferably in Ice Cream Plant)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day ice cream plant operations.
Manage manpower and shift planning effectively.
Ensure process control, product quality, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth operations.
Maintain daily production records and SAP entries.
