Overview Of The Role

The Corporate Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for managing real estate projects such as office fit-outs, relocations, lease renewals, and refurbishments .

The role involves coordinating between internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, budget, and timeline expectations , supporting the organization's broader real estate strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience in project management within corporate real estate, construction, or facilities management .
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Understanding of commercial real estate processes ( leasing and construction ).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
  • Working knowledge of budgeting and contract management .
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of real estate projects including office fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations, and lease transitions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Facilities, HR, IT, Finance) to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, vendors, and landlords to support project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation .
  • Track project progress, risk and dependencies , and provide regular updates with recommended solutions.
  • Support lease negotiation and renewals by providing project-related input.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes , health & safety regulations , and internal policies .
  • Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and due diligence .
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities and prepare regular reports for management.
