Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

We are looking for a dynamic professional with 1.6 to 2 years of experience to join our Lead Generation & Dealer Network Management department.

Key Responsibilities

As a CRE, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through multiple channels, building and nurturing dealer relationships across regions, and serving as the key point of contact for coordination between the company and its dealer network. You will also manage CRM records of leads and follow-ups, support the sales team with dealer onboarding, training, and performance tracking, while actively identifying opportunities to expand the dealer network and maximize market reach.

Desired Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, dealer management, or customer relationship roles, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of CRM systems. The ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management, lease negotiation, and site acquisition
  • Proficiency in real estate analytics, market research, and financial modeling
  • Strong understanding of zoning laws, property regulations, and compliance
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
