Job Description for the position of Customer Relationship Executive:
Politely greeting the arriving consumers/guests
Managing the customer waiting area
Providing the product catalogue during waiting time of the customer and information on products, service plans and promotions
Providing direction guidance to the customers up to the desired counter
Providing exceptional Customer Service
Maintaining Customer Data electronically for all walk-ins
Maintaining a professional courteous behavior
Reasonably meeting the customers needs
Leveraging resources to minimize customer waiting times
Escalating customer issues to Store Managers
Maintaining a clean work area with help of HK
Maintaining a neat, well-groomed, personal appearance
Managing various customers and greet everyone politely, administer all inquiries and assist in any special request of guests.
Coordinating with service agents and drivers and assist all customers with maps and directions as per requirement.
Analyzing customer requirement and assist customer to appropriate department and ensure availability of all resources.
Reporting to the concerned authority
There are also other duties as to the designation. The duties are not limited to the the tasks above and expected to adhere to the customer satisfaction level being following the policies and protocols.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma of any stream
An extreme attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Robust written and communication skill set
Basic understanding of office software and machinery

Friendly and Outgoing
Must be able to stand for long periods
