Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) - Aftersales. The CRE will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring excellent service experiences in the aftersales process. Their day-to-day tasks will include handling customer queries/concern, ensuring timely service delivery, coordinating with technical teams, and maintaining accurate service records to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members
  • Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Organizational and record-keeping skills for managing service data
  • Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and service monitoring
  • Experience in automotive aftersales or customer service roles is a plus
  • Must possess a professional demeanor and a proactive problem-solving approach
