Role
We're hiring for Cradlepoint Engineers (LTE/5G Edge) to support branch connectivity for a major JPMC APAC branch-site program. You'll be responsible for configuration, deployment support, troubleshooting, and operational validation of Cradlepoint devices in a scaled rollout environment.
Location & Eligibility
Target Regions: This role is only open to candidates currently residing in
India or the
Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Cradlepoint routers for branch connectivity use cases
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues (LTE/5G, routing, tunnel/VPN as applicable, device health)
- Support deployment readiness, implementation steps, and post-deployment validation
- Work with core/wireless teams to resolve end-to-end network issues
- Document configurations, standards, and troubleshooting steps
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on Cradlepoint experience (configuration + troubleshooting)
- Solid networking fundamentals (routing/switching); CCNA preferred/required depending on level
- Experience supporting multi-site deployments or large enterprise programs
Nice to Have
- Cellular networking expertise (carrier troubleshooting, signal/performance considerations)
- Experience with SD-WAN/edge deployments in branch environments
