This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Research Trainer, located in Chennai. The Clinical Research Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, creating training materials, conducting practical simulations, mentoring students, and ensuring all students are well-prepared for their clinical research roles. The trainer will collaborate with industry partners to keep training content up-to-date and relevant.

• Experience in clinical research and clinical trials
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to create and deliver training materials
• Mentoring and student support skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
