We are seeking a full-time CR and VARC Faculty member to join our team in Jaipur. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality lessons in Critical Reasoning (CR) and Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC). Day-to-day tasks include preparing course material, conducting classes, and evaluating student performance to ensure excellent results in the law entrance exams. Additionally, the faculty member will collaborate with fellow teachers and contribute to curriculum improvements while providing personalized support to students to enhance their learning experience. This is an on-site position.

• Proficiency in Critical Reasoning and Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC) skills
• Teaching experience in the education sector, specifically for competitive or entrance exams, is highly desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Content creation skills for preparing teaching materials, mock tests, and practice exercises
• Dedication to student mentorship and the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
• Organizational skills to manage schedules, assessments, and classroom activities effectively
• A bachelor's or master's degree in English, Education, or a related field; specialized certifications in education or test preparation are a plus
• Familiarity with law entrance exams such as CLAT/AIL/BHU and other competitive assessments is an advantage
