The department drives business from 2700+ branches and is responsible for sourcing of retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts and forex Business with a view to increase the retail book of the bank. | |||||

| CPU:CSG Hub - Branch Relationship Officer is an internal non-customer facing role. They are responsible for facilitating logging in of accounts sourced by the Salary Team and performing follow up action to ensure the accounts are activated in the system FTR as well as resolving any NFTR issues. Further they are also responsible for coordinating with stakeholders in CPU / BBO etc. | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
Responsible for Scrutinizing of AOFs and supporting documents which should be in line with statutory (KYC) guidelines. Responsible for AOF processing to maintain compliance with all existing internal guidelines. Responsible for following up with CPU team for timely opening of accounts. Record Management: Maintain registers - stock, inventory register, Inward entry of AOFs received from CSMs, rejected AOFs from CPU and HUB. Responsible for training Sales team to ensure FTR forms are processed Supporting the Circle Salary Sales Resources in terms of data as and when required. Coordinating with the BYOD support team to support BDEs in case of issues with their BYOD devices. Ensuring timely dispatch of AOFs to RMA Responsible of other activities like scanning, verification, case initiation of Third Party Product Responsible for any other tasks allocated by the ASH/RSH or CSG Ops Head. | |||||
