CPT Coding Trainer

The CPT Coding Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai. The CPT Coding Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions on CPT coding, mentoring medical coding professionals, and conducting assessments to ensure adherence to coding standards. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, training program execution, creating evaluation metrics to monitor trainees performance, and staying updated with coding standards and compliance guidelines. The trainer will also provide on-the-job support to improve the overall efficiency and accuracy of the team.

• Expertise in CPT coding, medical terminology, and knowledge of ICD and HCPCS standards
• Experience in training design, conducting workshops, and delivering instructional material
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail for reviewing coding-related documentation
• Proficiency with medical coding software and tools
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
