CPS Project Engineer

Position Titile- Customer Product Support(CPS) Project Engineer

Location-Chennai

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering & Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of foundations and civil works.
• Ability to understand and discuss foundation and civil engineering topics with
  
  

technical specialists.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and present technical and project information.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 5 -7 years of experience in engineering, project engineering, project support,
  
  

or technical coordination roles.

• Experience working in multidisciplinary and international environments.
  
  

Tasks

• Provide technical support on foundation-related topics during sales, construction, and
  
  

operational phases.

• Act as the primary interface between Project teams and Engineering, coordinating
  
  

foundation-related activities, tracking actions, and ensuring alignment on technical

decisions, priorities, and project needs.

• Drive action plans and ensure timely follow-up and closure of foundation-related
  
  

activities across multiple stakeholders.

• Track action plans, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate the review and follow-up of technical documentation, engineering reports,
  
  

inspections, and assessments

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and tracking tools using Excel and Power
  
  

BI.

• Prepare management summaries and support data-driven decision making.
• Contribute to the identification and mitigation of technical and project risks.
• Support understanding of interfaces and responsibilities within EPC project execution
  
  

models.
