Role Overview : This role plays a key part in enhancing pricing accuracy and streamlining the quoting process using
Salesforce CPQ. You'll collaborate closely with sales, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless alignment of pricing, quotas, and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and optimize Salesforce CPQ
- Align CPQ solutions with sales, pricing, and quota strategies
- Support and train end-users on CPQ functionality
- Integrate CPQ with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve CPQ workflows
- Generate CPQ reports and analytics to drive improvements
- Maintain CPQ documentation and user guides
- Stay updated with Salesforce CPQ enhancements and releases
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 58 years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation & configuration
- Strong understanding of quoting and pricing processes
- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce CPQ Certification is a plus (not mandatory)
