As a CPQ Developer Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving the development and continuous improvement of Tacton CPQ product models while leading a team of skilled local developers. This position combines both technical expertise and team coordination, offering the opportunity to shape configuration solutions that enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.
You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of CPQ model development - from planning and prioritization to testing, deployment, and user support - ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Acting as a bridge between the technical team, product owners, and other stakeholders, you'll guide your team in adopting best practices, Agile methodologies, and consistent configuration standards.
