Job Overview: Implement CPQ/CLM related business requirements for different projects, enhancements or support tickets

Responsibilities and Duties:

Work with business teams to understand requirement details

Work with IT Product Owners/ Solution Architects/and other Business Analysts to implement requirements

Design, develop (configure) and document the solution

Follow IT processes for change implementation and own the implementation through design, development, testing and migration to production

Experience working in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with regulatory expertise

Qualifications/Skills:

Proficient in Conga CPQ, CLM, Approvals, template related setups

Very knowledgeable in Salesforce platform constructs like flows, workflows, profiles, permissions, etc. Apex coding is not required

Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Applications preferred

Conga CPQ and/or CLM certification desired

7+ year€s IT experience desired

3+ year€s Conga CPQ/CLM experience desired
