We are expanding our academic team and are looking for passionate and knowledgeable CPL Instructors to join our Mumbai and Pune branches.
Position: CPL Instructor
Location: Mumbai / Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct CPL Ground Training classes as per DGCA syllabus.
- Teach subjects such as:
- Air Navigation
- Air Regulations
- Aviation Meteorology
- Technical General
- Technical Specific
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and mock tests.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and student mentoring.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic guidance.
- Assist students in exam preparation and DGCA compliance requirements.
- Stay updated with DGCA regulations, syllabus updates, and aviation industry developments.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and student counseling activities.
- Collaborate with the academic and admissions teams when required.
Eligibility CriteriaMandatory
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Holder.
- Strong understanding of DGCA CPL subjects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring pilots.
Preferred
- Prior experience as a Ground Instructor or Aviation Trainer.
- ATPL papers cleared will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Cadet Pilot Program preparation.
- Experience conducting online and offline training sessions.
