Job Summary: -
We are looking for a result-driven CPS (Cost Per Sale) and CPL (Cost Per Lead) Delivery Manager to manage, optimize, and deliver performance-based campaigns across Indian and international markets. The role involves ensuring quality leads/sales, meeting delivery targets, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and maintaining compliance with campaign guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Execute and manage CPS & CPL campaigns for India and international clients
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of leads and sales as per agreed KPIs
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, and traffic sources
- Coordinate with publishers, affiliates, and internal teams to optimize delivery
- Maintain lead quality by following client compliance and validation rules
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly delivery reports
- Identify issues related to low conversion, fraud, or lead rejection and take corrective action
- Work closely with the sales, operations, and account management teams
- Optimize campaigns to achieve target volume, ROI, and scalability
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and international compliance standards
Required Skills & Competencies: -
- Strong understanding of performance marketing (CPS & CPL models)
- Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnels
- Experience handling India and international campaigns
- Basic understanding of tracking tools, CRM, or dashboards
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
