Job Title: CPC Coding Trainer Full Time

Location: Chennai (Onsite / Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2-4 years in Medical Coding & Training

Certification Required: CPC (AAPC) Mandatory

(Additional certifications like CRC, CCS, COC Added advantage)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Full-Time CPC Coding Trainer to lead end-to-end training programs for freshers and experienced coders. The role includes classroom training, curriculum development, assessments, and placement readiness support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive CPC certification training programs
• Design and update training curriculum as per AAPC guidelines
• Conduct:
• Classroom & online sessions
• Weekly assessments and mock exams
• Practical coding exercises
• Guide students in:
• Exam registration process
• Certification readiness
• Interview preparation
• Track batch performance and completion metrics
• Mentor junior trainers (if applicable)
• Maintain training documentation and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CPC Certification (Active)
• 3+ years of medical coding experience (AR, IP/OP, E/M preferred)
• 1+ year of training or team-handling experience
• Strong domain knowledge in:
• ICD-10-CM
• CPT
• HCPCS
• Compliance & audit basics
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills

Preferred Background

• Experience in RCM / Healthcare BPO
• Exposure to AAPC exam training
• Placement-oriented training experience

Work Timings

• 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Weekend batches as required

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CPC Certified Medical Coding Trainer to deliver part-time training programs for students and working professionals preparing for the AAPC CPC Certification. The trainer will focus on concept clarity, exam orientation, and practical coding scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver CPC-focused training (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II)
• Train students on:
• Medical terminology & anatomy
• Coding guidelines and conventions
• E/M coding
• Modifiers and compliance
• Conduct practice tests, mock exams, and doubt-clearing sessions
• Share real-time industry scenarios and case studies
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
• Support students with exam strategies and certification guidance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CPC Certification from AAPC (Active status)
• 2+ years of hands-on medical coding experience
• Prior training or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• ICD-10-CM
• CPT
• HCPCS
• AAPC exam pattern
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• 24 hours per day
