Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client.
Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Valid Driving license and vehicle (required).
