Job Title: Channel Partner (CP) Manager Residential Real Estate

Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Salary Range: 89 LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Partner (CP) Manager to drive and manage our residential real estate channel partner network in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, strong industry relationships, and hands-on experience in onboarding, managing, and scaling channel partner operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new Channel Partners (CPs) in the Hyderabad residential real estate market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing CPs to drive consistent business
  • Handle end-to-end CP lifecycle including:
  • Initial discussions and negotiations
  • Onboarding and documentation
  • Business operations and deal closures
  • Commission structure alignment and payments
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales through channel partners
  • Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities with CPs
  • Monitor CP performance and provide insights to improve productivity
  • Ensure timely processing of CP commissions and resolve payment-related queries
  • Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and finance teams for smooth operations
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the Hyderabad real estate market

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in residential real estate channel partner management
  • Strong network of channel partners in Hyderabad, especially in and around Nanakramguda/Gachibowli/Financial District
  • Proven track record of generating sales through CP networks
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of real estate documentation, agreements, and payment cycles
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with reputed real estate developers
  • Strong local market intelligence and competitor awareness
  • MBA or relevant degree is a plus
