CP&I - Associate/ Senior Associate - Infrastructure Advisory - Mumbai/ Gurgaon

We are hiring – Consultant and Senior Consultant - Infrastructure Advisory.

What You Will Do:

Work across live client mandates in EPC, real estate, infrastructure, and hospitality and tourism. Own workstreams across strategy and pricing, project structuring, financial modelling, operational efficiency, and digitization and customer engagement.

Deliver client-ready outputs, manage stakeholder interactions, and move across sectors and solution types depending on the mandate.

At the Senior Consultant level, you will lead projects end to end and be the primary client contact.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2 to 8 years in consulting, project finance, investment banking, or corporate strategy in one of our focus sectors
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Financial modelling and business planning experience is a strong plus
• Comfort with senior client interactions and the ability to communicate clearly and directly
• Exposure to at least one of our focus sectors: EPC, real estate, infrastructure, or hospitality and tourism. Ability to apply that knowledge across contexts matters more than depth in one area.
• Able to structure and drive work independently. Learns fast and is comfortable with ambiguity
• Willingness to travel extensively based on project requirements.

Educational Qualifications: BTech, BE, MBA, CA, or BA Economics from a Tier 1 institution
