Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Coupa Solution Architect with strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities. The role involves leading end-to-end Coupa implementations, engaging with business stakeholders, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful delivery across P2P, S2C, SIM, and Expense modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead end-to-end solution design for Coupa implementations
- Define architecture, workflows, approval chains, and configurations
- Design scalable solutions aligned with procurement and finance processes
- Ensure best practices across P2P, S2C, SIM, Expense modules
- Client Engagement / Frontending
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and discovery sessions
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
- Present solution design, demos, and recommendations to leadership
- Implementation & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle (Design → Build → Test → Deploy)
- Guide team on configuration, integrations, and data migration
- Ensure timely delivery with quality and compliance
- Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases
- Integration & Technical Oversight
- Define and oversee integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Work with middleware tools like Boomi / MuleSoft
- Ensure data flow for suppliers, COA, invoices, and POs
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Vendor teams
- Manage expectations, timelines, and scope
- Conduct regular governance meetings and status updates
- Process Optimization & Value Delivery
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process automation, and compliance improvement
- Drive tail spend management and procurement transformation initiatives
- Recommend best practices for digital procurement adoption
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in procurement / S2P domain
- 4–6+ years hands-on experience in Coupa implementation
- Strong expertise in:
- P2P, S2C, SIM, Expense modules
- Approval workflows and configurations
- Master data (COA, suppliers, users)
- Experience in client-facing / consulting roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in Agile and JIRA environments
