- Design and build language-based AI solutions using Coveo, including data models, evaluation strategies, production constraints, and user experience considerations.
- Architect and implement Coveo solutions integrated with Salesforce (SFDC), including reporting dashboards and analytics.
- Apply SEO concepts using machine learning and data models to enhance search relevance and content discoverability.
Platform & Architecture Expertise:
- Work with Python, JavaScript, Atomic, and Headless architectures to build scalable and flexible search solutions.
- Design solutions supporting self-service, automation, personalization, proactive support, and omnichannel experiences.
- Apply understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycles, and best practices to production systems.
Digital Transformation & Advisory:
- Enable digital transformation of support systems by aligning business processes, operations, and technology.
- Evaluate the industry technology landscape, analyze existing tech stacks, and design solutions to meet business requirements.
- Act as an advisor across the full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Process Improvement & Adoption:
- Identify, define, and drive process improvement and re-engineering initiatives.
- Locate new optimization opportunities using data analysis and large dataset combination.
- Improve adoption and value realization of deployed platforms and tools.
Data & Analytics:
- Apply expertise in data models, database design, data mining, segmentation, and reporting.
- Use statistics, data analysis, and research methods to support decision-making and optimization strategies.
- Ensure ethical handling of data with strong attention to accuracy and sensitivity.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years as a solution analyst or in a related role.
- Experience working with large systems including CRMs, bug tracking systems, and collaboration tools.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong expertise with Coveo platform and integrations with Salesforce.
- Technical proficiency in data modeling, database design, reporting tools, and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and modern web architectures.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and AI-driven search systems.
Preferred / Additional Skills:
- Coveo for Salesforce certification (Administrator, Analyst, or Developer).
- Experience with cloud architectures, microservices, DevOps, distributed systems, and full-stack development.
- Strong appreciation for UX principles and security-first design.
