Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, focused on court work and registration work. The role involves assisting with filing, maintaining, and organizing court documents, coordinating with court staff, and tracking case-related dates and deadlines. The team member will handle registration-related activities, including preparing and submitting documentation, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with applicable procedures. Daily tasks include interacting with clients and other stakeholders, managing phone calls and inquiries, and supporting accurate record-keeping and data entry. The person in this role will collaborate with legal professionals to facilitate smooth court processes and efficient registration work.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Registration and Patient Registration skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette for interacting with clients and court or registration authorities.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities, including responsiveness, courtesy, and problem-solving in client-facing situations.
  • Candidates should demonstrate organizational skills, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Chennai and collaborating with legal teams and administrative staff.
  • A background in law, legal administration, or similar fields, and familiarity with court procedures or registration processes, would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and document management tools is preferred.
