Job Title: Academic Counsellor
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor to guide prospective and current students in selecting the right courses, understanding academic pathways, and achieving their educational goals. The role involves counselling, admissions support, and maintaining strong student relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career options, and course selection
- Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Guide students through the admission process and ensure timely enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students
- Achieve admission targets and contribute to business growth
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and student support
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions
Focus: Selling courses (Travel & Tourism, Makeup, Podcasting)
Candidate Requirements:Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Ed-Tech industry with Strong communication and sales skills
Location: Goregaon East
Compensation: Fixed salary up to 6.5 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 11:30 AM 8:30 PM
