Job Role: Course Coordinator (SSC, RRB & Banking)

Job Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Role Summary

The Course Coordinator is a pivotal role dedicated to the seamless execution of academic programs for competitive exams like SSC, RRB, and Banking. You will serve as the primary link between students, faculty, and the administration, ensuring that academic schedules are met and syllabus completion targets are achieved. This role requires a blend of operational excellence, student mentorship, and digital content coordination to maintain high educational standards and support institutional growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Academic Operations: Develop and implement rigorous academic schedules, timetables, and faculty allocations specifically for SSC, RRB, and Banking batches.
  • Syllabus Oversight: Drive the timely completion of the curriculum, ensuring at least 90% of the syllabus is covered within defined timelines.
  • Faculty Management: Coordinate daily with subject matter experts, manage faculty availability, and arrange qualified substitutes to ensure zero disruption in classes.
  • Student Success & Support: Act as the first point of contact for student grievances and academic doubts, ensuring all issues are resolved within the designated Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Examination Coordination: Design and schedule a comprehensive calendar of unit tests, mock exams, and practice tests.
  • Performance Analytics: Manage the evaluation process and provide detailed result analysis and feedback to students to help improve their exam readiness.
  • Resource Management: Provide faculty with the latest teaching resources and ensure they remain updated on evolving exam patterns.
  • Administrative Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records, including student attendance and performance tracking.
  • Marketing & Growth Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to provide academic inputs for brochures, social media ads, and promotional campaigns.
  • Digital Content Scheduling: Plan and coordinate the recording and publishing of academic lectures and promotional sessions on YouTube.
  • Events & Outreach: Organize and facilitate demo classes, webinars, and workshops to engage prospective students and showcase success stories.

Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in course coordination or academic administration, preferably within the competitive exam coaching industry (SSC, RRB, Banking).
  • Planning Skills: Exceptional ability to manage complex schedules and resource allocations effectively.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate students and collaborate with diverse faculty members.
  • Target-Driven Mindset: Ability to meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as maintaining a 90% target for syllabus completion and issue resolution.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in managing content calendars and coordinating digital sessions for social media and YouTube platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to maintaining academic records and analyzing student performance data.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and logistical challenges quickly to maintain a positive learning environment.
