Responsibilities

• Pick up packages from designated locations and deliver them to customers promptly for NCL Cargo and Logistics Pvt. Ltd..
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections for NCL Cargo and Logistics Pvt. Ltd..
• Ensure the safety and security of all packages during transit.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.
• Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to the management team.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes.
• Provide excellent customer service and support at all times for NCL Cargo and Logistics Pvt. Ltd..

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of 12th pass and above.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in courier delivery.
• Valid Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
• A valid Driving License and a reliable two-wheeler or vehicle for deliveries.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
