Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Couple Counsellor based in Bengaluru. The Couple Counsellor will work with couples to provide emotional support and guidance throughout their fertility treatment journey. Daily tasks include conducting counselling sessions, developing treatment plans, and offering coping strategies. The role also involves coordinating with medical professionals, providing information regarding treatments, and maintaining comprehensive patient records. As a key member of our team, the Couple Counsellor ensures our patients receive compassionate and professional support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Couples Therapy and Counselling
• Skills in Developing Treatment Plans and Conducting Counselling Sessions
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills (English, Kannada, Hindi)
• Ability to Coordinate with Medical Professionals.
• Empathy, Compassion, and Problem Solving Skills
• Master&aposs degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field or any degree.
• Experience in the healthcare or fertility treatment field is a plus.
