Are you a Coupa Integration and Implementation Specialist who understands the SAP ecosystem

We are seeking a highly skilled Coupa Consultant with deep expertise in system implementation, functional validation, and technical integration (with SAP) to optimize our critical P2P landscape.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in hands-on configuration, rigorous testing, and ensuring seamless data flow between Coupa and core financial systems.

The Role: Coupa P2P Integration & Implementation Specialist

You will be the core technical and functional expert responsible for the implementation, configuration, and integration of the Coupa platform.

Your focus will be on bridging systems, ensuring data integrity, and delivering end-to-end validation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

• Lead and execute Coupa configurations across modules (Procurement, Invoicing, AP Automation, etc.) to meet business requirements.

Integration Expertise

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Coupa and ERP systems (ideally SAP).

• Define data mapping, manage API connections, and ensure reliable, secure data transfer.

Functional Validation & Testing

• Develop and execute comprehensive UAT/SIT test scripts.

• Validate end-to-end processes across configuration and integrations.

Issue Resolution

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to configurations, data integrity, and integration failures.

Workflow Optimization

• Define and configure business processes, approval workflows, and user roles within Coupa.

Requirements (Implementation & Integration Focus)

• 5+ years of dedicated Coupa Implementation & Consulting experience

• Deep expertise in P2P processes and core Coupa modules

• MANDATORY: Strong ERP Integration Expertise, especially with SAP S/4HANA or ECC

• Experience with Coupa APIs, Mappings, Data Loaders, and integration best practices

• Proven ability to lead testing & functional validation for configuration and integration projects

• Experience in system deployment, configuration management, and cutover activities
