Coupa Support Consultant

We're hiring: Coupa Support Consultant (Remote, US hours)

We're looking for an offshore Coupa Support Consultant to join one of our managed services engagements.

What you'll do:

• Support users across Coupa procurement, requisitions, POs and invoicing
• Work and resolve tickets in ServiceNow within agreed SLAs
• Troubleshoot Coupa configuration and Coupa-to-ERP integration issues
• Prepare ITGC compliance evidence and support audit requests

What we're looking for:

• Multiple Years of hands-on Coupa support or administration
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes
• Experience with ServiceNow and ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Sage Intacct)
• Able to work overlapping with Pacific Time mornings

Nice to have: Coupa certification, experience with SOX or managed services work.
