Coupa Integration Developer

We are looking for an experienced Coupa Integration Developer to join our team. The ideal

candidate has deep hands-on experience with the Coupa platform and a strong track record

of integrating Coupa with third-party financial and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, and

others.

About the Role

As a Coupa Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and

maintaining integrations between Coupa and a range of external systems. You will work

closely with finance, procurement, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow, process

automation, and system reliability across our technology stack.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop end-to-end integrations between Coupa and third-party platforms

including NetSuite, Sage, and other ERP/financial systems

• Build and maintain APIs, middleware connectors, and data pipelines to support

procurement and finance workflows

• Configure and manage Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses,

and Contract Management

• Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and system performance issues

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical

solutions

• Document integration architecture, data mappings, and technical specifications

• Support upgrades, patches, and new Coupa feature rollouts

• Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and audit readiness across all integrations

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Coupa developer or integration specialist

• Proven experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, SAP,

or similar

• Strong proficiency with Coupa's integration framework, REST/SOAP APIs, and flat-file

integrations

• Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato

• Solid understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Coupa certification (Business User, Administrator, or Technical)

• Experience with iPaaS platforms and cloud-based integration architectures

• Familiarity with SFTP, EDI, and XML/JSON data formats

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
