Coupa Integration Consultant

Role Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Coupa Integration Consultant to design, build, and deliver end-to-end integrations between Coupa Source-to-Pay and an ERP Financial System (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or equivalent) as part of a regional digital transformation program. The role focuses on ensuring secure integrations, strong financial controls, and compliant procure-to-pay operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement API-based CoupaERP integrations.
- Define integration architecture, data flows, and field mappings.
- Configure integrations for Vendor Master, PO, Goods Receipt, Invoices, and Payment Status.
- Ensure three-way matching (POGRInvoice) and spend control compliance.
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Act as integration SME coordinating with procurement, finance, ERP, and technical teams.
- Prepare documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Coupa implementation and integrations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Coupa APIs, cXML, REST, and integration frameworks.
- Experience integrating Coupa with ERP finance systems (SAP preferred).
- Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Experience with multi-country or regional rollouts.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
Good to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Exposure to middleware platforms (e.g., CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Experience in regulated or global enterprise environments.
