Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional 5 to 8 years to lead the implementation of the ORO procurement orchestration platform focusing on supplier onboarding and risk management. The role involves configuring and deploying ORO workflows ensuring compliance data integrity and risk mitigation. The candidate will collaborate across teams to automate procurement processes and enhance supplier lifecycle efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of ORO Procure and Procurement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in procurement processes.
Lead the end to end implementation of the ORO platform for supplier onboarding and risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams procurement IT compliance legal to define project scope timelines and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including milestones resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
Design and configure adaptive workflows in ORO to streamline supplier onboarding.
Ensure alignment with internal procurement policies and external regulatory standards.
Implement dynamic risk assessment modules within ORO for financial cybersecurity regulatory and ESG risks.
Integrate third party risk management tools and data sources for real-time supplier validation.
Customize ORO platform settings to meet business requirements.
Conduct UAT- User Acceptance Testing and resolve configuration issues.
Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems and other procurement tools via APIs
